I stopped by The Gypsy Kitchen and had a dirty matcha, and it was absolutely wonderful—smooth, balanced, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. It feels like a cozy little home rather than a café, with warm touches everywhere—even church pews used as seating, which adds so much character and charm. It’s the kind of place you want to slow down, sit for a while, and actually enjoy your drink. I also picked up a couple of loose-leaf teas while I was there, and I’m really glad I did. You can tell they’re thoughtful about quality. Overall, great coffee, beautiful vibe, and a welcoming, peaceful space. Definitely a gem in Lockport and a spot I’ll be coming back to. ☕🍵
My husband and I LOVED our experience at Gypsy Kitchen! We got the Steak Benny (steak eggs Benedict!), Bacon Toffee Scone, Bacon Maple Black Pepper Latte, and a Tea Latte. Everything was just completely delicious until the very last bite (and sip). Madison, the owner, was working the espresso bar and very evidently loves her business and her customers. Missy, in the kitchen, puts out the most amazing food! And Savannah, at the POV, was so sweet and friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is so chill and laid-back - the type of place that makes you want to sit and stay a while. The drive from Tonawanda was definitely worth it (and might have to become a regular trip!). Thanks to everyone at Gypsy Kitchen for a great start to our day!
Finallyyyyyy got to try out Gypsy Kitchen and it was a fantastic experience! I keep seeing the social posts and have had it on my must tries for weeks. It did not disappoint!! Highly recommend! We tried the Braised pork panini, the gingerbread white mocha, the apple oatmeal cup, and the Flannels and Campfires Latte. Everything we had was absolutely delicious! The panini was pressed to perfection, the meat was super tender, moist, and the chutney added such great flavor. The lattes were tasty and on point for holiday flavors. Highly recommend!
Sausage egg and cheese with maple aioli is a must order! Drinks are exceptional as well!
Friendly service and fantastic food. Small staff, so a bit slow, but worth the wait. Cute interior, although table seating seems a little awkward, but not an issue. I definitely will return and highly recommend.
Me and my niece went here last week and had a Great meal! She did the cider braised pork and Love it! I got the breakfast burrito but in a bowl instead without the burrito and it was Damn good! Great service as well and a very comfortable place to sit and relax and enjoy a meal! Highly recommend!
I frequent Gypsy Kitchen for coffee, and it is consistently hot, fresh, and well prepared. Today, I decided to try something different and ordered the chicken Thai salad, and it exceeded expectations. The flavors were outstanding, the ingredients were fresh, and the overall presentation was excellent. Everything about the dish was thoughtfully prepared and truly enjoyable. The owner is always on site, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the quality of the experience. Highly recommended. If you have not visited yet, it is well worth the stop.
The flavors of the whole menu, are unlike any other coffee shop around. I've been to Gypsy multiple times, and I am never disappointed. If you have a chance to do one of the dinners that they host, give it a try - the recipes that the owners put together are magical!
Very fun, great food and coffee. Only got to taste the holiday themed corned beef egg bites and one type of coffee cake, but surely the rest of the menu will be just as, if not more delicious! And the beans are oh-so fresh and tasty. I'm excited to taste some more of their delicious goodies, you must try it!
Check out their themed events. We attended an evening in the shire: a hobbit themed dinner event. We had A 7 course meal where every detail was perfect. The food and service were great. We also love their great breakfast items & delicious salads & sandwiches. I am not is coffee drinker but I love their teas & am never disappointed with the variety of seasonal items available.
